Yuma High School will have registration for returning students on Friday, August 7.
It will be a drive-thru registration from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Staff will meet students in front of YHS with all the necessary paperwork.
The paperwork may be returned any day but Tuesday the following week between 8 and 3:30. Ring the buzzer at the door and someone will come to get the papers.
New student registration will come later in the month, Monday, August 24, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Freshmen orientation will be Wednesday, August 26, from 1 to 3 p.m.
YMS/MES
Morris Elementary School and Yuma Middle School will be hosting a K-8 registration paperwork pick-up on Friday, August 7, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. outside Little Indians Preschool on W. Third Ave.
Parents of all returning students to MES or YMS are requested to come to the LIP to pick up the required paperwork and receive important information for the 2020-21 school year. Please arrive driving east on Third Ave., and staff will be available to distribute the paperwork while you stay in your vehicle.
Completed paperwork can be returned to the MES office August 10-14, between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., or placed in the drop box outside the MES front entrance. All completed paperwork needs to be returned by August 14.
Kindergarten and all new students will register on August 7 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. inside Little Indians Preschool. Please bring the student’s original birth certificate and immunization record. If you have a student entering kindergarten, please bring your child with you to registration. Kindergarten teachers will be available to meet students and parents, and complete a quick assessment with the child while parents are completing the enrollment paperwork.
