Kyle Anthony Malave was born March 29th, 1985 to Roberta Liming and Nelson Malave of Kirk in Wray Community Hospital.
Kyle was brought home to his older brother Jessie. 3 years later Kyle and Jessie welcomed their brother Landon Cole Malave. 3 years later they all welcomed Ethan Allen Malave.
In 1996 after Marrying Kent Ficken, Roberta relocated to Kirk, CO where Kyle gained 3 step siblings; Lacy, Tonya and Jace. Kyle loved spending time with his brothers and grandparents Allen and Mary Liming checking cows and sprinklers on Sunday afternoons. Kyle took 4H and loved taking pigs to the fair….until they had to be sold. Kyle graduated from Liberty High School and went to Goodland VoTech for 2 years to study Auto Body.
After attending auto body school, Kyle returned to the farm where he specialized in custom farming with his dad Kent and began his passion at driving truck. His true journey began when he was blessed with Gavin, his son arriving July 14, 2010.The passion for farming blossomed over time, with his son by his side for 12 years, he shared his passion by teaching him the trade.
Kyle passed away after complications after surgery on Jan 15th at 6:35 pm at Denver Hospice. He is survived by son Gavin Malave’, brothers Jesse Malave, sons Jadyn and Sawyer. Landon Malave’ wife Megan, daughters Callen Willow son Matias. Ethan Malave, wife Kayla sons Cameron, Bodhi. Mom Berta Dad Kent. Nelson. Grandparents Allen and Mary Liming. Aunts, Uncles, Cousins too many to mention. Step siblings Lacy ,Tonya , Jace and families!
Memorial service was Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at the Liberty School. Pastor Jack Stout officiated the service and Baucke Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
