The Yuma Chamber of Commerce is bringing back the St. Patrick’s Day Auction.
A long-standing tradition that benefitted a myriad of causes over decades, the auction stopped several years ago, but was brought back last year, and continues in 2023.
It will be held Friday, March 17 (St. Patrick’s Day, of course) at the new event location, Skyview Garage, 309 S. Main St.
The event, sponsored by CHFA (website chfainfo.com), includes a free traditional Irish dinner and drinks for 250 guests, and four kegs of free beer until gone. Live music will be provided by The Circuit Breakers.
Funds raised that evening will go towards Chamber projects and events, as well as three scholarships, one being the Darcy Stallings Scholarship for trade school.
Social hour and silent auction begin at 5:30 p.m. Dinner will be served at 6:30, and the live auction starts at 7:30, so get downtown for a fun St. Patrick’s Day evening.
