Yuma County Cattlemen’s Association will host their annual YCCA Banquet and Awards Night on Saturday June 24, at the Eckley Community Center. The evening will begin with a social time at 6:00 p.m. A steak dinner will be served at 6:30, and the business meeting will start about 7:00.
Included in the meeting will be various reports on the past year’s activities from the Treasurer, from the Cattlewomen, from the Fair Queen Committee, and any other pertinent information. The terms for three Directors on the YCCA Board will be up for election. The Bill Seward Award will be presented to recognize someone who has contributed to the livestock industry, and the community. The recipients of the 2023 YCCA Educational Scholarship will be announced, and the results of the 2022-23 YCCA Original Feedlot Performance and Carcass will be announced, and prizes awarded.
