Beverly Jean (Peck) Arnold passed away peacefully in Greeley, Co. on March 19, 2022. She will be remembered as a caring wife, mother and grandmother.
Beverly was born in Alliance, Neb. On December 10, 1936 to Leonard O. Peck and Lyle D (McGee) Peck. Her family soon moved to Greeley, Colorado where she attended school through her junior year at Greeley Central High School. She finished her high school career attending Boulder High School her senior year.
She married “the love of her life” Dunbar G. Arnold on December 30, 1956. They soon started their family with the birth of twin boys, Jonathan and David on October 5, 1957. She followed Dunbar’s teaching career, settling their family in Yuma, Colorado.
Beverly was devoted to her family. Dunbar and Beverly started a photography business (Arnold’s Studio) in Yuma, Colorado, working together for over 20 years. The success of their business can be contributed to their hard work and her overwhelming support for Dunbar’s love of photography. Beverly was very active with her two son’s childhood. She fully supported their aspirations in life and helped guide them along the way. She was the ultimate wife, mom and grandmother.
Her passions were her family, working with her husband, sewing and growing roses in her garden. She was a dedicated fan attending every game or event her two sons were involved in.
Beverly is preceded in death by her husband, Dunbar, and her two brothers, William Peck and Leonard Peck.
She is survived by her children David and Jon (Kristie) and grandchildren Marcus, Megan and Brooke.
A Memorial service was held Friday, March 25, 2022 at United Methodist Church.
