Bryon Churchill 1974-2023

Bryon Michael Churchill, born August 24, 1974 unexpectedly departed from this world on September 2, 2023, leaving behind a profound void in the lives of those who knew and loved him.
Bryon was a man of many facets; a beloved father, husband, and friend. He held a special place in the hearts of his family. He is survived by his wife Wendi, children Faythe (Braydin), Skyler (Jessica), Cayden, Little Bryan, Malikye, Kaysen, Rozilynne, and Jaxtyn. His mother, Karla Melchior, and two siblings, Gregory (Marsha) Churchill, and Karen (Mike) Neuschwanger. He was predeceased by his father Jimmie Churchill, stepfather, Mike Melchior, a brother, Tony Churchill, and many grandparents who now welcome him with loving arms in the next journey.
In his youth, Bryon had a passion for skateboarding that led him to unforgettable experiences, including sharing ramps with some of skate boardings best. His sense of humor was boundless, making him approachable to anyone who needed a friend. His ability to listen and offer advice was a testament to his wisdom and loving heart. Bryon had an enduring love for tattoos, each of his telling a story. His talent as a “fix it guy” was legendary; there’s nothing he could not mend. His enthusiasm for history was infectious and he enjoyed sharing that knowledge with anyone who would sit still and listen. He cherished spending time on his grandparents’ farm and going on road trips with his wife and kids to go visit his mom, Karla.
Bryon Michael Churchill was, without a doubt, one of the most unique and unforgettable individuals to have graced our lives. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him. Rest in peace and fly high, Bry, you are deeply missed always and forever, until we meet again…
A visitation will be held Friday, September 15, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Bowin Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Otis. Memorial donations may be made to his family to help with expenses.
