Trent Bushner will not be running for another term as Yuma County Commissioner.
Bushner announced last week he will be retiring, following the end of his current term, which is his fourth on the Yuma County Board of Commissioners. The Republican holds the District 1 seat.
He also is a farmer, and owner/operator of Tumbleweed Brewing in downtown Yuma.
Bushner’s wife, Vicki, retired last year as a teacher. He said it was time to spend more time traveling with her, and spending time with their children and grandchild.
The District 1 seat will be up for election in November.
