Yuma High School’s girls team is at the Wray Invitational on Monday.
The Outlaws did not have any tournaments this week, but competed in Holyoke last Thursday.
The varsity finished sixth in the team standings with a 346. Holyoke won the team title with a 324, and Wray was second with a 329. The Outlaws were only three shots from placing fourth.
Jailyn Mekelburg led the Outlaws by placing seventh with a 108. Izzie Young was 10th with a 111. Aspen Chadwick and Danika Dischner rounded out the varsity foursome. It was Dischner’s first varsity experience.
Several on the team also played in the JV tournament, with Kena Serl leading the way by placing third.
