The Yuma High School softball team got one player on the 2021 All-LPAA Team.
A total of 12 players were selected to the First Team, and five more received honorable mention.
Yuma’s Samatha Wells was named to the First Team. The senior played short stop and catcher for the Indians. She had a .436 batting average, with 24 hits, including a team-leading five doubles, along with one triple, and drove in nine runs, while scoring 17 runs herself.
