The steel frame for the new wing at Yuma High School continues to go up this week. The canopy top over the new front entrance was put up on Monday, providing an exciting development. The top is a tip of the hat to The Pit’s half-dome roof, which is located east of the new 
front entrance. The new wing is scheduled to be ready for use at the start of the 2021-22 school year, at which point all classes will be held there while the current classroom wings are renovated.
