Yuma Community Foundation trustees have set a deadline of October 15, 2021 to receive written applications for the 2021 cycle. Applicants must submit (5) five copies.
Applications are available at Main Street Insurance, 317 S Main in Yuma or by email, call Linda Frank (848-5382).
Mail completed applications to: Yuma Community Foundation c/o Main Street Insurance – PO Box 303 – Yuma, CO 80759. Mailed applications must be received by October 15, 2021. Applications can be hand delivered to Main Street Insurance by 3 pm October 15, 2021. Any applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
Trustees meet later in October to award 2021 grants. Winners from 2020 are not eligible to make application for 2021, but are eligible to apply again in 2022.
Yuma Community Foundation is a 501©3 nonprofit organization since 1990 that distributes money in the form of grants to local organizations and scholarships to YHS Seniors. Donations to YCF are tax deductible. All past and future donations are greatly appreciated.
